King Charles III coronation ceremony on Saturday.

King Charles and Queen Camilla's coronation ceremony on the 6th of May 2023.

King Charles and his wife Camilla becomes the king and queen of the United Kingdom and other commonwealth realms yesterday, 6th of May 2023 at Westminster Abbey the very first time to be held since the coronation of William the Conqueror in 1066. It is the first coronation ceremony in the 21st century and the first to be broadcast in colour and also seen around the world.

The ceremony was structured around an Anglican service of the Holy Communion with Charles being anointed with the anointing oil receiving the coronation regalia, and being crowned, also performing his spiritual role and secular responsibilities. Members of the British royal family and the Church of England and the representatives of the commonwealth have declared their allegiance to him.

After the service Members of the family travelled to Buckingham Palace in a state procession and arrived on the palace's main balcony. King Charles's coronation service is more upgraded from the past British coronations over the years to show support for multiple faiths, traditions, and communities in the UK.

King Charles is the first successor of the throne to his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, who died on the 8th of September 2022 due to old age, she was the longest-ruling monarch in the world and ruled the UK for the past 7 decades she started to rule the UK at her early age of 26 after her death of the father, King George VI, The event was shorter than his mother's coronation 70 years ago.

The coronation bring up celebrations and protests in the United Kingdom and as well as the other Commonwealth realms. Celebrations in the UK include street parties, special church services and a concert happening today at Windsor Castle, while there were protests in most UK-dependent countries for them to end colonialism in the 21st century.

The event is private but broadcasted, the people invited to the ceremony are the UK Government authorities, Great Officers of State, the Bishop of the Church of England, Heralds of the College of Arms and the Lyon Court, Peers of the Realm and the Faith representatives as well as the international presses and representatives of the UN.

King Charles III is a diligent person who can do his responsibilities as the king of England as he was coached by his parents back in the days of his Youth, he is even capable to become the king even at the age of 15 as he already knows the laws and functions of the royal family. He is prudent but he has some controversies back when he got married to Princess Diana.

King Charles III met Camilla in 1970 in Windsor great castle, Charles was 22 and Camilla 24, they wanted to get married but due to the age gap between the two, it couldn't work, so he later got married to Princess Diana who he was introduced through her sister in 1977 when he was still dating Sarah her sister for a short period. They broke up and he got married in 1981 being broadcasted and having an audience of 750 million people viewing it on TV, they were happily married until 1992.

In 1992, he and Diana separated due to Charles's unaccountability and suspicion that he is having a secret affair with his present wife Camilla, they started the affair in 1986 and he later announced it in 1994 two years after their separation. His unaccountability made them separate with Diana's hope for him to apologize for his behaviour and come back together but after his announcement in '94, Diana filed for divorce and on August 28 of 1996, they were officially divorced.

But after a few months, she started dating Dodi Fayed, they met in the same year King Charles started having an affair with Camilla during a polo match where he competed against King Charles, they fell in love and they were together until they died in 1997.

And thereafter in 2005, King Charles and Camilla got married and Camilla becomes the successor to Queen Elizabeth II as the Queen of England in which she is currently.

But it became very controversial for him as people started to dislike him for marrying Camilla, but their sons did not show hated towards him when he got married, instead, they welcomed her and accepted her as their stepmother even in an interview Harry had with BBC he said: "William and I love her to bits, she is not the wicked stepmother".

But Harry's relationship with their father and his family was twisted starting when Harry stepped down from his role in the family afterwards, his father cut him off financially and he left Buckingham Palace to stay in a house owned by Tyler Perry while they settle the matter.

"My family cut me financially, " he said, "...I've got what my mum left me and without that, we would not have been able to do this".

Also, the family didn't fully approve of the marriage of Harry and Meghan as she is a half-caste as her parents were both black and white and indeed it was a racist move made by the royal family. They eventually got married but the family's alleged racism towards Meghan and their first child Archie that there were several concerns and conversations about his skin might be when he's born.

But before the death of the queen, people prefer Prince William to be King, almost half of the respondents in a 2021 poll said that the crown should skip a generation.

With the popularity of Prince William, the Britains wondered whether Prince Charles should allow Prince William to become king but it all went as an illusion.

Prince William is not planning to be King anytime soon in a 2016 interview he said: "It could be 40 years, it could be 60 years I have no idea when that's going to be and I certainly don't lie awake the waiting or hoping for it because it sadly means that my family have moved on and I don't want that."
