The crime rate in the world is getting alarming nowadays but in this cities, crime is a common thing that happens often. It can occur anytime, in the morning or in the night, in the rain or in the sun, indoors or outdoors. Being it robbery, internet scam or kidnapping, it happens every second. 

It is not the initial fault of the people, the economic crisis and bad governance had made the youth to engage into unlawful activities in order to survive in their environment. That's why you should not visit those areas because it is you they will target since you are a foreigner to the land.

1. Caracas, Venezuela. 

Caracas has been facing of challenges in crimes and violence for years. The insecurity in the city and low quantity of law agents has liberated the crime rate in the city and the instability, economic crisis, corruption, nepotism and social unrest also contributed to an increase of criminal activities.
